HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam's karate fighters won more gold medals at the  三 二nd SEA Games yesterday in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

After their two golds in kata (performance) events on Saturday, the team grabbed two more in kumite (combat) yesterday.

Asian champion Hoàng Thị Mỹ Tâm defeated Cok Istr Sanistyarani of Indonesia  四- 三 in the women's  五 五kg category.

She made a big jump from the third position last Games to the top this time.

"I have tried my best in every match. It is time to show how I have trained and been trained to be successful. I have been determined to get the highest result in this Games. I am excited about the win,"大众said Tâm.

Singapore did not agree with the decision but their complaint was rejected after judges reviewed all matches.

It was Sơn's second gold in a row after he was champion at the  三 一st Games on home soil last su妹妹er.

Yesterday morning, Vietnamese athletes won one gold in the men's duathlon event.
